A: Yes, many of our travellers take M.B.T. package because we do provide package for one person. Check more in our “Packages”

3. Can I book for a trip for larger groups or custom-made trips from M.B.T.?
A: Yes, you can. Please do contact us and tell us what your travel plan is, we’ll still provide you with the best trip for you to enjoy!
4. How can I get updated information and promotion that offer by M.B.T.?
A: Your travel experiences is a great source and of course, we’ll ensure that our official website has the latest and greatest
information for you and your trip! You may also subscribe us at M.B.T. home page and get the latest information and promotion.
5. How can I pay for my booking?
A: To make you more convenient, we do accept all major credit cards and we also allow you to pay your booking by e-bank
transfer. M.B.T. official site is securely encrypted with all the financial transactions to prevent unauthorized access.
*All payment transaction receipts are issued by email.*
6. What details do I need to book and confirm my trip?
A: Your full name as it appears on your identity card or passport, your passport number with expire date, nationality, full mailing
address, occupation, emergency contact name with phone number, details of any medical or dietary requirements and credit
card details.
7. How far in advance should I book for a trip from M.B.T.?
A: All trip and travel arrangements should be booked at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. For larger groups and custom made
trips, we’ll recommend you to book your trip with at least one month notice.
8. What currencies do your company charge?
A: All of M.B.T. packages are priced in MYR (Malaysia Ringgit), kindly visit to Bank Negara Malaysia official website for the most
current exchange rates. *For customers that paying by e-bank transfer, we are not accept any other currency exchange rate
other than Bank Negara Malaysia*
9. What should I do if I need to change or cancel my package that booked with M.B.T.?
A: Please do contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your travel plans or do a cancellations. Change of your travel
plans are required to inform us before 3 weeks of your travel date, any requests of change within 3 weeks of your travel date
will not be entertained. Cancellation requests are required to submit to us in writing (by letter, fax or email), we regret that we
are not able to issue a full payment refund for cancellations due to some terms and conditions. While for the refund of
cancellation fee will depends on the length of notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
10. What if one of the scheduled activity is cancelled due to weather conditions?
A: We will offer you for an alternative with no additional charge. Please do contact your travel consultant as soon as possible for the
alternative arrangements.
11. What happen if I have an emergency issue during my trip?
A: Please contact our 24-hour customers help line during your trip of an emergency issue as soon as possible. For extra assurance,
you may also request for a temporary cell phone for local use during your travels.
